Explanation.- for the purpose of this sub -section, the expression “members of the family of 
the foreman” means father, mother, husband, wife and children of the foreman, wholly dependent, on

17.        Liability of foreman to the Subscribers.- (1) Every foreman shall be liable to

place of a defaulting subscriber whose name have been removed from such list under sub -
