(i) For the issue of a licence to an oil company Rs. 25,000;
(ii) For the renewal of a licence to an oil company Rs. 20,000;
(iii) For the issue of a duplicate licence to an oil company Rs. 10,000;
(iv) For the issue of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 10,000;
(v) For the renewal of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 5,000;
(vi) For the issue of a duplicate licence to a dealer other than and oil company Rs. 2,500.

No. 02/ Fee-02/ 2016-6637— In exercise of powers co nferred by Section-3 of the Essential
Commodities Act, 1955 (Act, 10 of 1955) read with O rder No. So 1844 dated the 18th june, 1966 of
the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the
following order to amend the Bihar Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers Licencing
Order, 1966 :
1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This order may be called the Bihar Motor
Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers Licencing (amendment) Order, 2016.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of state of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force on the date of its final publication in the Bihar Gazette.
2. Sub para (4) of para 5 of the Bihar Motor Spirit an d High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers
Licencing Order, 1966, shall be substituted by the following :-
"(4) The fees specified below shall be chargeable in respect of each licence, namely:-
(i) For the issue of a licence to an oil company Rs. 25,000;
(ii) For the renewal of a licence to an oil company Rs. 20,000;
(iii) For the issue of a duplicate licence to an oil company Rs. 10,000;
(iv) For the issue of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 10,000;
(v) For the renewal of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 5,000;
(vi) For the issue of a duplicate licence to a dealer other than and oil company Rs. 2,500.
