Preamble Whereas itisexpedientfurthertoamend theAssam
Tea PlantationsProvidentFundand PensionFund and Deposit
Linked InsuranceFundScheme Act, 1955, hereinafterreferred
AS!Jam Act

Shorttitle,
extentand
toastheprincipalAct,inthemannerhereinafterappearing;
Itishereby enacted intheSixty-secondYear of theRepuhlicof
Indiaasfollows:-
1.(1) ThisAct may be called theAssam Tea PlantationsProvident
Fund and PensionFundand DepositLinked InsuranceFund
commencement Scheme (Amendment) Act,2011.
(2) Itshallhave thelikeextentastheprincipalAct.
(3) Itshallcome intoforceatonce.
.\mendment 2. IntheprincipalAct,intheSchedule, inpara9 B (iii),forthe
uf Schedule word "twenty",occurringbetween thewords"morethanrupees"
and "thousand",theword "thirty"shallbe substituted.
