Where the Superintendent or the Deputy Commitli..er or I. (.....

any penon not being a native of such area il injurious to the
peace or good administration of the area, he may, for r<:aIOllI to
be recorded in writing, order such penon to leave the area within
a gi ven time.

punished witb imprisonment for a term which may extend to lis
