WhereasitisexpedientfurthertoamendtheAssamTaxation(On
SpecifiedLands)Act,1990, hereinafterreferredtoastheprincipalAct,in
themannerhereinafterappearing;
ItisherebyenactedintheSixty-firstYearofRepublicofIndiaas
follows»
1. (1) TIlls'Actmaybe calledtheAssamTaxation(On SpecifiedLands)
(Amendment)Act,2010.
(2) ItshallhavethelikeextentastheprincipalAct.
(3)Itshallcomeintoforceatonce.
2. IntheprincipalAct,insection6A, forthefigureandword"20 paise",
appearingbetweenthewords''taxcalculatedattherateof' and"per
kilogram",thefigureandword"25 paise"shallbe substituted.
