THE ASSAM CONTINGENCY FUND (AUGMENTATION OF 
CORPUS) ACT, 1973

to augment temporarily the Corpus of the Contingency Fund of 
Assam. 
Preamble. WHEREAS it is expedient to augment tempora­
rily the Corpus of the Contingency Fund of Assam; 
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year 
of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short title 1. ( 1) This Act may be called the Assam Contin­
and gency Fund (Augmentation of Corpus) Act, 1973.

promulgation of the Ordinance).
