ACT 
further to amend the Assam Entry Tax Act, 2008. 
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Entry Tax Act, Assam 
2008, hereinafter refemd to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter Act . m~ 
appeanng; . 2008. 
. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of Republic of India 
as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Entry Tax (Amendment) Ac.1, 
2013. 
2. 
(2) It shall have the like extent as the principal Act. 
(~) It shall come into force at once. 
In the principal Act, in the Schedule, for Serial No. 51 with entries 
thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"S 1. (i) Chemicals excluding plastic sranuJC!l 
'I~ 
2· ' 
(ii) Plastic granules i".
