(Received the assent of the Governor on 26th April, 2021) THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH INDIAN MADICINE COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021 (ACT NC. 6 OF 2021) An Act further to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Indian Medicine Council Act, 2013 (Act No. 1 of 2014). Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy-second year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. (1) ThisActmay be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Indian Medicine ~ Short title and Council (Amendmen\) Bill, 2021. commence- ment. (2) Itextendsto the whole of State of Arunachal Pradesh (3) Itshallcome into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. InlheArunachalPradeshIndianMedicmeCounci\Acl.2013(No.1o( Amendment of 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2,in Section 2, clause (e) for the words "Unani Tibb" appearing after the word, "and" and before the word, โwhether", the words, "(Unani Tibb o Sowa-Rigpa) or (Yogaand Naturopathy, recognized by Central Council for Resgarch in Yoga Naturopathy, (CCRYN), Government of lndxi.i, or established as per CCRYN laid down guudelines)โ shall be substituted.
