Section 43 — Appeals to the Central Government.

The Coffee Act, 1942
(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Board refusing a licence to or cancelling the licence of a curing establishment may, within sixty days of the making of the order, appeal to the Central Government. (2) Any person making an appeal under this section shall pay a fee of five rupees which shall be credited to Central Revenues.
