The Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952
Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act, or any rule made thereunder, or any order made or direction given under this Act, or obstructs the lawful exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
