The Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952
The competent authority or any officer, empowered in this behalf by such authority by general or special order, may enter and inspect any property for the purposes of determining whether, and if so, in what manner, an order under this Act should be made in relation to such property or with a view to securing compliance with an order made under this Act.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
