The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology Act, 2007
(1) The President shall ordinarily preside at the meetings of the Board and at the Convocations of the Institute. (2) It shall be the duty of the President to ensure that the decisions taken by the Board are implemented.
