The Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008
A person accused of an offence may file an application for plea bargaining in Gram Nyayalaya in which such offence is pending trial and the Gram Nyayalaya shall dispose of the case in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XXIA of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
