The Government Securities Act, 2006
No person shall be entitled to inspect or to receive information derived from any Government security in the possession or custody of the Government or from any book, register or other document kept or maintained by or on behalf of the Government in relation to Government securities or any Government security, save in such circumstances and manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
