The Electricity Act, 2003
The Authority may appoint a Secretary and such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act and on such terms as to salary, remuneration, fee, allowance, pension, leave and gratuity, as the authority may in consultation with the Central Government, fix: Provided that the appointment of the Secretary shall be subject to the approval of the Central Government.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
