If any premises are not properly and regularly scavenged or cleansed or are in a filthy and unwholesome condition, the Chairperson may cause them to be scavenged and cleansed and recover the expenses from the owner or, as the case may be, occupier as an arrear of tax under this Act.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
