Section 11 — Accounts and audit.

(1) The Council shall cause to be maintained such books of account and other books in relation to its accounts in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made by the Central Government. (2) The accounts of the Council shall be audited and examined annually by such auditor as may be appointed by the Central Government. (3) The costs of the audit shall be paid from the Central 1 [Waqf] Fund.
