Section 14 — Advisory committees of experts.

(1) Each Autonomous Board, except the Nursing and Midwifery Ethics and Registration Board, shall be assisted by such advisory committees consisting of experts as may be constituted by the National Commission, for the efficient discharge of the functions of such Autonomous Board. (2) The Nursing and Midwifery Ethics and Registration Board shall be assisted by such ethics committees of experts as may be constituted by the National Commission for the efficient discharge of the functions of such Autonomous Board.
