Section 1 — Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1995. (2) The provisions of sections 31 and 32 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1994.
