LexSection 15 — Repeal and savings.
The Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992
(1) The Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Ordinance, 1992 (Ord. 10 of 1992) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
