The National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999
(1) The Chairperson may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Central Government: Provided that the Chairperson shall continue in office 1 [until the appointment of his successor is made by the Central Government].
