Section 76 — Legal Practitioners’ fees not allowed unless for special reasons.

In suit between landlords and tenants as such, the fees of a legal practitioner shall not be allowed as costs unless the Court considers, for reasons to be recorded by it in writing, that those fees ought to be allowed.
