Section 45F — Meetings of Authority.

1 [45F. Meetings of Authority. -- (1) The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the MemberSecretary may decide with approval of the Chairperson of the Authority, as and when so required. (2) The Chairperson of the Authority shall preside over the meetings of the Authority.
