Section 50 — Mode of determining assessment.

(1) The assessment shall be made by a Revenue-officer. (2) Before making it that officer shall report his proposed method of assessment for the sanction of the Financial Commissioner in such form as the Financial Commissioner, with the previous sanction of the Local Government, may prescribe.
