Section 27 — Notification of revenue-survey.
The Central Provinces Land-Revenue Act, 1881
Whenever it appears to the Chief Commissioner that a revenue-survey should be made in any local area, he shall publish a notification in the official Gazette directing that such survey be made, and cause translations of such notification in the language of the district to be posted up in conspicuous places in such area; and thereupon all officers in charge of such survey, their assistants, servants, agents and workmen may enter upon the lands to be surveyed, and erect survey-marks, and do all other acts necessary for making the survey.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
