The Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002
Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in any law relating to co-operative societies in force in a state, a multi-State co-operative society, not being a co-operative bank, may open branches or places of business in any place in India.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
