The Tobacco Duty (Town of Bombay) Act, 1857
The Commissioner of Customs, Salt, and Opium, and Officers of Customs, shall have all the same powers and authorities for collecting and enforcing payment of the said Municipal Duty in addition to the powers and authorities specified in this Act, as they now have or shall have in respect of duties of Customs.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
