Section 25 — Repeal and saving.
The Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002
(1) The Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (5of 2002) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (5 of 2002), anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
