The State of Arunachal Pradesh Act, 1986
The law in force immediately before the appointed day with respect to the form of writs and other processes used, issued or awarded by the High Court of Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura and Mizoram shall, with necessary modifications, apply with respect to the form of writs and other processes used, issued or awarded by the common High Court.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
