Section 193 — Definition of British officer.

The Air Force Act, 1950

(1) In this Chapter "British officer" means a person of nonIndian domicile holding a commission in His Majesty's Air Force and serving in the Air Force. (2) The expression "superior officer" in this Act shall be deemed to include a British officer.
