The Corporation shall make every endeavour to avoid submersion of coal or mineral deposits and shall co-operate with the coal mining industry and the bodies set up by the participating Governments to ensure the maintenance of supplies of sand for stowing purposes in coal mines and in other ways to minimise the inconvenience to the coal mining industry.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
