The Delhi Police Act, 1978
Whoever contravenes, disobeys, opposes, or fails to conform to an order under section 27 requiring him to vacate any premises, shall, on conviction be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
