LexSection 34 — Chairman of Council.
The Institutes of Technology Act, 1961
(1) The Chairman of the Council shall ordinarily preside at the meetings of the Council. (2) It shall be the duty of the Chairman of the Council to ensure that the decisions taken by the Council are implemented.
