Section 109 — Protection of action taken in good faith.

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person or officer appointed or authorised under this Act, in respect of anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act. (2) For the purpose of claiming immunity under sub-section (1), the officers appointed or authorised under this Act, shall perform and carry out the respective functions and responsibilities, with utmost care and due diligence.
