1 [ 17. Other officers. --(1) All officers of the University, other than the Acharya (Chancellor), the Upacharya (Vice-Chancellor) and the Karma-Sachiva (Registrar), shall be appointed in such manner, for such term and on such emoluments and other conditions of service as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
