The Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974
The Maintenance of Internal Security (Amendment) Ordinance, 1974 (11 of 1974), shall, on the commencement of this Act, stand repealed and accordingly the amendments made in the Maintenance of Internal Security Act, 1971 (20 of 1971), by the said Ordinance shall, on such commencement, cease to have effect.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
