The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019
(1) No ship shall instal or use such prohibited hazardous materials as may be notified by the Central Government: Provided that the Central Government may, by notification and for the reasons specified therein, exempt certain class or category of ships from the provisions of sub-section (1).
