Section 8 — Attendance authority to notify parent of his obligation towards his child.

It shall be the duty of the attendance authority to notify the parent of every child to whom the declaration under section 4 applies that he is under an obligation to cause the child to attend an approved school with effect from the beginning of the next academic year.
