The Prize Competitions Act, 1955
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the licensing authority refusing to grant a licence or cancelling or suspending a licence may, within such time as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal to the State Government and the decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
