LexSection 51 — Impounding of passport and arms licence of person charge sheeted under the Act
The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the passport and the arms licence of a person, who is charge-sheeted for having committed any offence under this Act, shall be deemed to have been impounded for such period as the court may deem fit.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
