Section 15 — Allocation of seats in the Legislative Assembly.

The total number of seats in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Himachal Pradesh to be constituted at any time after the appointed day, to be filled by persons chosen by direct election from territorial constituencies, shall be sixty-eight of which sixteen seatsshall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes and three seatsshall be reserved for the Scheduled Tribes.
