Section 44 — Enumeration of municipal authorities.

1 [ 44. Enumeration of municipal authorities .---For the efficient performance of its functions, there shall be the following municipal authorities under 2 [ 3 [the Corporation]], namely:-- (a) the Standing Committee; (b) the Wards Committee; and (c) the Commissioner.]
