Section 17 — Testing officers.

The Petroleum Act, 1934
The 1 [Central Government] may authorise any officer by name or by virtue of office to test petroleum of which samples have been taken under this Act, or which may have been submitted to him for test by any person, and to grant certificates of the results of such tests.
