When the control and administration of any public work is by or under this Act transferred to a district board, and at the time of the transfer the cost of that control and administration is defrayed from provincial revenue, the Local Government may invest any officer with respect to that work with the powers of a Commissioner under section 44 or section 47, or with the powers of a Deputy Commissioner under section 46.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
