Section 32 — Competent authority to be public servant.

The Reserve and Auxiliary Air Forces Act, 1952
For the purposes of this Act every competent authority and where the competent authority consists of a committee of two or more air officers, every member of the committee shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
