Any person who, immediately before the date referred to in sub-section (1) of section 30, is an advocate entitled to practise or any other persons entitled to practise in the High Court at Hyderabad and was authorised to appear in any proceedings transferred from that High Court to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh under section 40, shall have the right to appear in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in relation to those proceedings.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
