Section 41 — Power of Central Government to give directions to Institute.

The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development Act, 2012
(1) The Central Government may give such directions, as it may deem necessary, to the Institute for the effective administration of this Act and the Institute shall comply with such directions. (2) In case of dispute between the Institute and the Central Government, in connection with the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions by the Institute under this Act, the decision of the Central Government on that dispute, shall be final.
