Any person subject to this Act who is found in a state of intoxication whether on duty or not, shall, on conviction by an Assam Rifles Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
