The Central Government may grant certification to any person to operate a radio equipment on such class of vessels registered under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), aircrafts registered under the Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934) and any other category of vessels or vehicles as may be notified by the Central Government, in accordance with such terms and conditions, including applicable fees and charges, as may be prescribed.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
