Section 64 — Penalty for unlawfully entering or remaining upon metro railway or walking on metro track.

The Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002
(1) If a person enters into or upon the metro railway without any lawful authority or having entered with lawful authority remains there unlawfully and refuses to leave on being requested to do so by any metro railway official, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees, or with both. (2) If any person walks on the metro track without any lawful authority, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
